Intermittent passage of weak upper level shortwaves will promote
periods of increased shower and thunderstorm potential through the
weekend. The main windows of opportunity will be this evening,
Thursday (favoring locations south of Pittsburgh) and Saturday
evening.
Little change in the airmass means humidity values will remain
elevated while temperature continues to average 5 to 10 degrees
above the daily average.
