...The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers in
Virginia...

  Nottoway River At Sebrell affecting Sussex and Southampton
  Counties.

For the Chowan Basin...including Sebrell...Minor flooding is
forecast.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

The next statement will be issued this evening at 1000 PM EDT.

...FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL JUST AFTER MIDNIGHT
TONIGHT...

* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Nottoway River at Sebrell.

* WHEN...Until just after midnight tonight.

* IMPACTS...At 16.0 feet, Water covers Old Forty Road, State Route
  634, in Sussex County. Additionally, Peters Bridge boat landing
  and portions of the Chub Sandhill Natural Area Preserve are
  flooded, approximately 5 miles upstream of gage.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 8:15 AM EDT Tuesday the stage was 16.6 feet.
  - Bankfull stage is 12.0 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 8:15 AM EDT Tuesday was 16.7 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage
    this evening and continue falling to 10.0 feet Sunday
    morning.
  - Flood stage is 16.0 feet.
  - Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of
    16.6 feet on 05/24/2018.
