...OUTFLOW BOUNDARY APPROACHING THE WATERS...

  Coastal waters from Fenwick Island DE to Chincoteague VA out 20
  nm...
  Waters from Fenwick Island DE to Chintoteague VA from 20 to 40
  nm...

At 1113 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated an outflow boundary, capable
of producing winds to around 30 knots. This front was located along
a line extending from near 10 Nm Se Fenwick Island to 8 nm southwest
of Gulf Rambler Wreck to near Raccoon Point, moving south at 25
knots.

Locations impacted include...
Wachapreague Inlet, Ocean City Inlet, Chincoteague Bay, Assateague
Beach, Wachapreague Reef, Blackfish Reef, Gulf Rambler Wreck, Ocean
City Pier, 10 Nm East Of Ocean City Inlet, Chincoteague, 10 Nm Se
Fenwick Island, Bone Wreck, and African Queen Wreck.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Mariners can expect gusty winds to around 30 knots, locally higher
waves, and lightning strikes. Boaters should seek safe harbor
immediately until these storms pass.
