  Coastal waters from Fenwick Island DE to Chincoteague VA out 20

  Coastal waters from Parramore Island to Cape Charles Light VA out
  20 nm...

* Until 845 PM EDT.

* At 643 PM EDT, strong thunderstorms were located along a line
  extending from 9 nm east of Raccoon Point to near Lower Bernard
  Island to Occohannock Reef, moving east at 35 knots.

  HAZARD...Wind gusts to 40 knots.

  SOURCE...Radar.

  IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and
           suddenly higher waves.

* Locations impacted include...
  Great Machipongo Inlet, Wachapreague Inlet, Chincoteague Bay,
  Assateague Beach, Wachapreague Reef, Chincoteague, Blackfish Reef,
  Bone Wreck, Quinby Inlet, and Parramore Island.
