...STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL IMPACT WEST CENTRAL ARMSTRONG...
RANDALL...SOUTHEASTERN OLDHAM...NORTHEASTERN DEAF SMITH AND
SOUTHWESTERN POTTER COUNTIES THROUGH 1115 PM CDT...

At 1031 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from near Wildorado to 4 miles northwest of Umbarger
to Dawn. Movement was east at 35 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and pea size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Amarillo, Canyon, Lake Tanglewood, Mescalero Park, Buffalo Lake,
Bushland, Dawn, Umbarger, Wildorado, Palo Duro Canyon, and
Timbercreek Canyon.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with these storms and may lead
to localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.
