Survey Summary:
The tornado began north of State Route 121 off Hixton Levis Rd and
continued northeast producing intermittent minor tree damage along
its path toward N Jahn Rd. It then intensified as it progressed
further northeast, causing more significant tree damage off Old
Stage Rd and Alma Center Rd. The tornado dissipated shortly after
crossing E Gilroy Rd near the county line.
