...STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL IMPACT CLAYTON...FAYETTE AND
SOUTHWESTERN ALLAMAKEE COUNTIES THROUGH 445 AM CDT...

At 348 AM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from Sumner to near Independence to Stone City.
Movement was northeast at 55 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and half inch hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Strong thunderstorms will be near...
  Oelwein, Maynard, and Hawkeye around 355 AM CDT.
  West Union and Fayette around 400 AM CDT.
  Arlington around 405 AM CDT.
  Strawberry Point, Elgin, Clermont, and Volga around 415 AM CDT.
  Postville around 420 AM CDT.
  Elkader around 425 AM CDT.
  Farmersburg around 430 AM CDT.
  Guttenberg and Garnavillo around 435 AM CDT.

Other locations impacted by these storms include Mederville,
Randalia, Highways 3 And 187, Turkey River, Bixby State Park, Highway
13 And County C 24, Fairview, State Road 51 And County W 48,
National, and County Road W 33 And 187.
