This afternoon and evening, chances for showers will begin to
build across the north. High temperatures today are forecast from
the mid to upper 60s north to lower 70s south. Forecast lows
across the region are from the mid 40s northwest to the lower 50s
southeast.

After a day of near average temperatures today, temperatures will
generally remain below average through the remainder of this
week. Overnight lows dipping into the 30s will spread over much of
the region by Thursday and Friday night. Some frost is expected,
especially in low lying areas. The unsettled weather pattern
continues this week, resulting in areas of rain showers possibly
embedded with thunderstorms, with the greatest chances coming
Thursday into early Friday.
