...SHOWERS, ISOLATED THUNDERSTORMS, AND BREEZY WINDS TODAY...

.DISCUSSION...
Steady rain will transition into showers late this morning, with
thunderstorms possible after 0900L. While showers decrease in
frequency this afternoon at the spot, snow levels lower to around
4500-5000 ft MSL by this afternoon/evening. Therefore, this location
could see a mix of rain and snow as the showers taper. Precipitation
totals (liquid equivalent) are forecast to be 0.40 to 0.60 inches.
Low forecast confidence in minimum humidity today due to on-and-
off shower activity. Winds will be breezy, with the potential to see
up to 25-35 mph on exposed ridges. Drier, calmer, and warmer
on Thursday.
