.Synopsis for Massachusetts and Rhode Island coastal waters...
A wave of low pres tracks across the waters overnight into Thu
morning bringing widespread rain and NE winds. A ridge of high pres
then builds in from the west Fri into the weekend...bringing dry
pleasant boating weather to the region. This high pres ridge will
shift east of the region early next week.
