.SYNOPSIS...Light to moderate winds and low to moderate seas
will prevail along the Lower Texas Coast through the period with
high pressure in control. However, Small Craft Should Exercise
Caution may be needed beginning on Tuesday as the pressure
gradient intensifies slightly.
