.SYNOPSIS...A moderate pressure gradient persist over the Lower
Texas coastal as a high pressure ridge extends from Florida to the
SW Gulf of Mexico. Moderate to locally fresh southeast winds and
moderate to occasionally high seas can be expected much of the
week resulting in the need for period Small Craft Exercise Caution
during the afternoon hours.
