.DISCUSSION...High pressure has shifted offshore this morning
which will lead to southwest winds through today. As the
inversion breaks shortly after 9AM, expect a low level jet to mix
out with gusts into the mid teens possible before winds level off
a bit into the afternoon, generally between 5 to 10 mph. While
moisture increases today with more clouds and RH expected to
remain over 40 percent, precip chances are low with a front well
to the north of the spot location (near the NC/SC border). With more
clouds around tonight, fog is not expected to develop.
