southeast South Carolina.

Severe Thunderstorms and Heavy Rainfall: Clusters of thunderstorms
should develop over portions of southeast South Carolina and
southeast Georgia this afternoon and evening. A few of these
thunderstorms may produce damaging wind gusts. In addition, these
storms could produce locally heavy downpours and flooding in poor
drainage areas.
