Severe Thunderstorms and Heavy Rainfall: Clusters of thunderstorms
should develop over portions of the South Carolina Lowcountry Friday
afternoon and evening. A few of these thunderstorms may produce
damaging wind gusts. In addition, these storms could produce swaths
of torrential downpours, possibly flooding poor drainage areas.
