Coastal waters from South Santee River to Edisto Beach SC out 20
nm...

At 418 AM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located
over Cape Romain Reef, or 7 nm west of Greenville Reef, moving east
at 25 knots.

HAZARD...Wind gusts 35 knots or greater and small hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and
         suddenly higher waves.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Boaters should seek safe harbor immediately until this storm passes.
