East Palestine, moving northeast at 45 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects.

Youngstown, Columbiana, Boardman, Campbell, Maplewood Park,
Struthers, Poland, New Middletown, and Lowellville.
