Areas of fog and low visibility will result in locally hazardous driving conditions early this morning. The visibility may be reduced below one half mile particularly in low spots such as river or stream valleys within the hilly terrain. Motorists should be prepared for changing conditions and longer travel times during the morning commute. Fog impacts should end by 9 AM. $$ MS/NB
