...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT SOUTHEASTERN IRON AND
NORTHEASTERN PRICE COUNTIES THROUGH 500 PM CDT...

At 440 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 8
miles southeast of Fifield, or 11 miles southeast of Park Falls,
moving northeast at 45 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and half inch hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Turtle Flambeau Flowage, Pike Lake, and Musser Lake.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until 1000 PM CDT for
north central and northwestern Wisconsin.
