Areas of locally dense fog will affect areas near the Twin Ports.
Visibilities of 1/2 to 1/4 mile have been observed, which may
persist through the morning. Visibilities are expected to improve
later today. If traveling this morning, reduce your speed and use
low- beam headlights when encountering foggy areas.
