* WHERE...The East Nishnabotna River near Atlantic, or from
  Troublesome Creek near Atlantic...to Indian Creek near Lewis.

* WHEN...From late tonight to early tomorrow afternoon.

* IMPACTS...At 19.0 feet, Water affects agricultural land.
  At 20.5 feet, Water affects US 6.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 8:00 PM CDT Tuesday the stage was 12.9 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
    just after midnight tonight to a crest of 19.8 feet tomorrow
    morning. It will then fall below flood stage tomorrow
    morning.
  - Flood stage is 19.0 feet.
