Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood

...FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL MONDAY MORNING...

* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is
  forecast. This approaches the flood of record.

* WHERE...The Iowa River near Tama Hwy E49, or from Timber Creek
  near Le Grand...to Salt Creek near Belle Plaine.

* WHEN...Until Monday morning.

* IMPACTS...At 13.4 feet, Water affects portions of 340th St at H
  Ave.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 2:00 AM CDT Wednesday the stage was 12.6 feet.
  - Forecast...The river will fall to 12.6 feet just after
    midnight tonight. It will then rise to 13.3 feet Friday
    morning. It will fall to 13.2 feet early Friday afternoon. It
    will then rise to 13.5 feet early Saturday afternoon. It will
    fall below flood stage early Monday morning.
  - Flood stage is 12.5 feet.

* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...The Black Hawk Creek at Hudson, or from the Black
  Hawk-Grundy County line...to the Cedar River in Waterloo.

* WHEN...From this morning to tomorrow morning.

* IMPACTS...At 14.5 feet, Water affects portions of Ranchero Rd west
  of US 63.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 1:45 AM CDT Wednesday the stage was 13.3 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
    this morning to a crest of 14.3 feet this afternoon. It will
    then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight.
  - Flood stage is 14.0 feet.

FRIDAY MORNING...

* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...The Iowa River at Marshalltown, or from Minerva Creek near
  Albion...to Timber Creek near Le Grand.

* WHEN...From this afternoon to early Friday morning.

* IMPACTS...At 19.5 feet, Water affects the southbound lanes of Iowa
  14 as well as Iowa 330 south of Albion.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 2:00 AM CDT Wednesday the stage was 18.3 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
    late this afternoon to a crest of 19.3 feet just after
    midnight tonight. It will then fall below flood stage late
    tomorrow evening.
  - Flood stage is 19.0 feet.
