...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT EAST CENTRAL KOSSUTH AND WESTERN
HANCOCK COUNTIES THROUGH 1245 AM CDT...

At 1209 AM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Britt, or 13 miles west of Garner, moving northeast at 5 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and penny size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Britt, Eagle Lake, Wesley, Crystal Lake, Woden, Duncan, Hayfield,
Hutchins, and Eagle Lake State Park.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm and may lead to
localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.
