...The Flood Warning is extended for the following rivers in Iowa...

  North Skunk River near Sigourney affecting Keokuk County.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive
cars through flooded areas.

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

The next statement will be issued by Tuesday evening at 830 PM CDT.

* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...North Skunk River near Sigourney.

* WHEN...Until late tomorrow evening.

* IMPACTS...At 18.0 feet, Water affects most agricultural land near
  Sigourney.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 7:30 PM CDT Monday the stage was 17.7 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The river continues to fall.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage
    tomorrow afternoon and continue falling to 7.7 feet Monday,
    June 03.
  - Flood stage is 16.0 feet.
