Some could be strong and even severe, especially along and east of the Mississippi River. Hail to the size of quarters and 60 MPH winds are possible in the strongest storms. Portions of the Wapsipinicon, Cedar, Skunk, Iowa , and Mississippi Rivers are experiencing flooding.
