.SYNOPSIS FOR NORTHERN CALIFORNIA WATERS...Near gale to localized
areas of gale force wind gusts will continue in the southern
waters with the strongest winds downwind of Cape Mendocino
overnight. Elevated winds and seas expected to continue in the
outer waters through early Friday, with the highest waves
remaining in the southern waters. The sea state is forecast to
diminish early this weekend.
