.SYNOPSIS FOR NORTHERN CALIFORNIA WATERS...Gale force winds and very
steep seas continue across all waters this evening. Northerly winds
slowly diminish tonight into mid week as the surface pressure
gradient gradually briefly relaxes, with gale force conditions are
expected to persist across the southern outer waters and leeward of
Cape Mendocino through Tuesday evening. Wednesday, strong and gusty
winds will continue over the coastal waters, with gale force gust
winds over the southern outer waters. Seas will remain steep and
hazardous across the coastal waters for the remainder of the week.
