.SYNOPSIS FOR NORTHERN CALIFORNIA WATERS...Gale force conditions
are expected to persist across the southern outer waters and leeward
of Cape Mendocino through Tuesday evening. Northerly winds will
temporarily diminish across northern waters as the surface pressure
gradient briefly relaxes today. Seas will remain steep and hazardous
across the coastal waters through late this week with gale force
gusts continuing over the southern outer waters.
