* WHAT...Temperatures as low as 36 will result in frost formation.

* WHERE...Southern Humboldt Interior and Southern Trinity.

* WHEN...From 3 AM to 9 AM PDT Monday.

* IMPACTS...Frost could harm sensitive outdoor vegetation. Sensitive
  outdoor plants may be killed if left uncovered.

  ridges and exposed coastal headlands.
