The National Weather Service in El Paso Tx/Santa Teresa has issued a Red Flag Warning, which is in effect from 11 AM to 10 PM MDT Saturday. The Fire Weather Watch is no longer in effect. The National Weather Service in El Paso TX/Santa Teresa has issued a Red Flag Warning, which is in effect from noon to 9 PM today. Fire Weather Watch in effect for Saturday afternoon and evening. * AFFECTED AREA...Southwest and south-central New Mexico, including the Lincoln and Gila National Forest. Far west Texas including El Paso and Hudspeth Counties. * WINDS...West 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 45 mph. * RELATIVE HUMIDITY...As low as 3 percent. * TEMPERATURES...In the upper 60s. * IMPACTS...any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly.
