.DISCUSSION...
The early season heat wave continues through today. RH values
will drop below 30 percent over the far western areas along the
Rio Grande where fuels remain critically dry. Winds speeds should
remain below 15 mph. A few storms are possible on this
afternoon/evening and again Tuesday afternoon/evening. Some of the
stronger storms could produce large hail and damaging wind gusts.
Slightly less hot weather is expected for the middle of the week,
and there could be some low chances for rain through the mid to
late part of the work week.
