This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for South-Central Texas..

.DAY ONE...Tonight.

Elevated heat index values above 108 degrees will continue
through Midnight across portions of the our area.

Strong to severe storms are possible near the southern Rio Grande
Plains through 10 PM. Primary severe threats are damaging winds
and large hail.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Tuesday through Sunday.

For Tuesday afternoon into night, there is a level 2 to 3 out of
5 risk for severe thunderstorms over all of South Central Texas.
Large hail and damaging winds will be the primary threats. There
is also a level 1 to 2 out of 4 risk for excessive rainfall across
most of our area. Locally heavy downpours up to 2 inches will be
possible mainly over the Hill Country into Central Texas.

The potential for strong to severe storms and locally heavy rains
mainly during the afternoon into evening hours will continue for
the remainder of the week into next weekend.
