At 403 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along a line extending from Thorndale to near Elgin to near Mustang Ridge. Movement was southeast at 45 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph and half inch hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is possible. Locations impacted include... Austin, Round Rock, Pflugerville, Taylor, Elgin, Bastrop, Giddings, La Grange, Smithville, Granger, Flatonia, Lexington, Tanglewood Forest, Austin Bergstrom Int Airport, Windemere, Shelby, Hutto, Manor, Thorndale, and Mustang Ridge.
