.DISCUSSION...

Winds shifting southeast as they increase today with 10-13 mph
gusting to 20 mph. Scattered showers working through this morning
with more consistent breaks after 10am. A band of rain to the
southeast could impinge upon the area through the day before more
thunderstorms are possible tonight. RH may get as low as 30
percent from 11am to 5pm but this of course depends on rain
staying out of the area.

Sky/weather.........Mostly cloudy (70-80 percent). Slight chance of
                    rain showers early in the afternoon. Chance of
                    rain showers late in the afternoon.
Max temperature.....Around 71.
Min humidity........45 percent.
Wind (20 ft)........Southeast winds 5 to 10 mph with gusts to
                    around 20 mph shifting to the south around 15
                    mph late in the afternoon.
