A High Water Notice is issued when river levels are high but are
 expected to remain below flood stage for the forecast period.

For the Wild Rice River (ND) at Abercrombie
* At 08 AM Tuesday May 28 the stage was 18.68 feet.
* Minor Flood Stage...20.0 feet.
* The river is expected to remain below flood stage during this
  seven day forecast period.

For the South Branch Buffalo River at Sabin
* At 07 AM Tuesday May 28 the stage was 11.96 feet.
* Minor Flood Stage...13.0 feet.
* The river is expected to remain below flood stage during this
  seven day forecast period.

For the Red River of the North at Drayton
* At 08 AM Tuesday May 28 the stage was 22.03 feet.
* Minor Flood Stage...32.0 feet.
* The river is expected to remain below flood stage during this
  seven day forecast period.

For the Red River of the North at Pembina
* At 08 AM Tuesday May 28 the stage was 26.26 feet.
