FOR CLAY COUNTY...
At 251 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near Linn Grove, or
14 miles south of Spencer In Clay County, moving northeast at 50 mph.
HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees.

Spencer In Clay County, Royal, Webb, and Greenville around 255 PM
CDT.
Other locations impacted by this severe thunderstorm include Dickens,
Gillett Grove, and Rossie.

A Tornado Watch remains in effect until 500 PM CDT for northwestern
Iowa.
Remain alert for a possible tornado! Tornadoes can develop quickly
from severe thunderstorms. If you spot a tornado go at once into the
basement or small central room in a sturdy structure.

building.
