Thunderstorms will move southward from North Texas into Central Texas through the morning with a potential for heavy rain and flooding as well as large hail and damaging wind gusts. Storm coverage will decrease this afternoon but more storms will develop this evening primarily along and west of I-35. Some storms may be severe with large hail and damaging winds. A tornado or two cannot be ruled out. Heavy rain may also cause flooding in some areas. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Wednesday through Monday. Periodic chances for showers and thunderstorms will persist Wednesday through the weekend. Severe weather will be possible at times. Multiple rounds of heavy rainfall may reinvigorate flooding issues. .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT... Limited spotter activation may be requested this morning along the I- 20 corridor, and again tonight mainly along and west of I-35. $$
