...A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 700 PM CDT
FOR NORTHEASTERN MONTAGUE COUNTY...
At 649 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near Oscar, or 8
miles north of Nocona, moving northeast at 30 mph. This storm is
rotating and could produce a tornado shortly.
HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and half dollar size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage to
roofs, siding, and trees.
Locations impacted include...
Nocona, Lake Nocona, Nocona Hills, Spanish Fort, Belcherville, and
Illinois Bend.
