FOR SOUTHEASTERN WISE...SOUTHWESTERN DENTON...NORTHEASTERN PARKER AND
NORTHERN TARRANT COUNTIES...
At 1232 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over Aurora, or
near Briar, moving northeast at 35 mph.
HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.
SOURCE...Trained weather spotters.
IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage to
roofs, siding, and trees.
This severe storm will be near...
Rhome and New Fairview around 1240 PM CDT.
Justin and Northlake around 1250 PM CDT.
Other locations impacted by this severe thunderstorm include
Westlake, Newark, Dish, Keeter, Grapevine Lake, Marshall Creek,
Cottondale, and Lewisville Lake.
