This is the regional weather summary for the eastern two-thirds
of Montana, southern Saskatchewan, and western North Dakota.

Today, Morning showers will exit for North Dakota this morning
for North Dakota around sunrise. A new wave of showers and
thunderstorms are expected to develop north of the Missouri River
this afternoon along with gusty northwest winds and spread their
way south into the late afternoon. Highs will range from the
upper 50s in the central Montana mountains to the lower 70s out on
the High Plains of Montana.

Tonight, Any shower activity will die off into the evening hours
leaving a mostly dry overnight with decreasing cloud coverage.
Lows will span the upper 30s in the central Montana mountains to
the upper 40s over the Missouri Breaks.

Memorial day, expect a mostly dry day with a few afternoon showers
and isolated thunderstorms in the far northeast Montana and
northwest North Dakota as a ridge moves in from the west. Highs
will stretch from the mid 60s over the central Montana mountains
and western North Dakota to the mid 70s over river valley bottoms
especially near the Missouri Breaks.
