...A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 315 AM CDT
FOR WESTERN PHELPS...EASTERN GOSPER...EASTERN FURNAS AND WESTERN
HARLAN COUNTIES...

At 304 AM CDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line
extending from near Johnson Lake to 6 miles south of Bertrand to 7
miles south of Hollinger, moving east at 45 mph.

HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage to
         roofs, siding, and trees.

These severe storms will be near...
  Oxford, Bertrand, Loomis, Stamford, and Atlanta around 310 AM CDT.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Remain alert for a possible tornado! Tornadoes can develop quickly
from severe thunderstorms. If you spot a tornado go at once into the
basement or small central room in a sturdy structure.

For your protection move to an interior room on the lowest floor of a
building.
