This hazardous weather outlook is for extreme southwest Nebraska...
northwest Kansas and east central Colorado.

.DAY ONE...THIS AFTERNOON AND TONIGHT...

No hazardous weather is expected at this time.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...WEDNESDAY THROUGH TUESDAY...

Temperatures in portions northeast Colorado could fall into the
upper 30s by Thursday morning, creating the possibility of some
patchy frost.

Scattered thunderstorms will develop Thursday afternoon and
evening east of Highway 25 along a dry line. While severe storms are
not currently expected, stronger storms may produce small hail.

Elevated fire weather conditions are possible west of Highway 25
Thursday afternoon due to low humidity and southwest winds gusting
up to 25 mph.

A cold front Thursday night could be accompanied by northwest winds
gusting up to 40 to 50 mph at times.

For the holiday weekend, there will be a chance for storms both
Saturday and Sunday, with severe storms possible.
