The National Weather Service in Goodland has issued a

* Severe Thunderstorm Warning for...
  Southeastern Yuma County in northeastern Colorado...

* Until 845 PM MDT.

* At 807 PM MDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 11 miles northwest
  of Bonny Reservoir, moving northeast at 15 mph.

  HAZARD...Half dollar size hail.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Damage to vehicles is expected.

* This severe thunderstorm will remain over mainly rural areas of
  southeastern Yuma County, including the following locations...
  Idalia and Beecher Island.

This includes Highway 385 between mile markers 213 and 232.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

For your protection move to an interior room on the lowest floor of a
building.

Large hail, damaging wind, and continuous cloud to ground lightning
are occurring with this storm. Move indoors immediately. Lightning is
one of nature`s leading killers. Remember, if you can hear thunder,
you are close enough to be struck by lightning.

Torrential rainfall is occurring with this storm, and may lead to
flash flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded roadways.
