...NWS Meteorologists Currently Surveying Storm Damage in the Village
of Unity in Marathon County WI...

The National Weather Service is currently conducting a storm survey
in the Village of Unity in Marathon County WI. The survey is in
relation to the severe thunderstorms that moved through the area
on May 21, 2024.

Preliminary findings confirm a tornado occurred within the Village
of Unity. A final assessment, including tornado rating, track and
other results of the survey, is expected to be completed and
transmitted via a Public Information Statement later this
afternoon.

The storm survey information will also be available on our
