A large areas of showers and embedded thunderstorms will move

from 1 to 2 inches per hour, resulting in urban street flooding
and ponding of water on highways. The heavy rain may also lead to
poor visibilities for motorists.

Some locations that will see the heavier rain: Hortonville, Omro,
Winneconne, Oshkosh, Appleton, Green Bay, Chilton, Brillion,
Wrightstown, Kewaunee, Algoma, Manitowoc and Reedsville.
