...FLOOD ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 11 PM HST THIS EVENING FOR
THE ISLAND OF OAHU IN HONOLULU COUNTY...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.

* WHERE...The island of Oahu in Honolulu County.

* WHEN...Until 1100 PM HST.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding on roads, poor drainage areas, and in
  streams.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 928 PM HST, radar indicated light to moderate rain over
    eastern Oahu. Rain was falling at a rate of up to 0.5 inches
    per hour. Rainfall has decreased in coverage and intensity,
    but additional rain continues to move in from the south and
    stream levels are running high.
  - This advisory includes the entire island of Oahu.


PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Stay away from streams, drainage ditches and low lying areas prone
to flooding.

Rainfall and runoff will also cause hazardous driving conditions due
to ponding, reduced visibility and poor braking action.

A Flood Watch is also in effect through Friday evening.

This advisory may need to be extended beyond 1100 PM HST if flooding
persists.
