...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT NORTHEASTERN FORT BEND AND
CENTRAL HARRIS COUNTIES THROUGH 145 PM CDT...

At 1237 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over
northeastern Sugar Land, moving northeast at 25 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and pea size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Northwestern Pasadena, Sugar Land, Missouri City, Deer Park,
Stafford, South Houston, Bellaire, West University Place, Galena
Park, Jacinto City, Hunters Creek Village, Bunker Hill Village, Piney
Point Village, Cloverleaf, Downtown Houston, Greenway / Upper Kirby
Area, Spring Branch North, Second Ward, Greater Greenspoint, and
Greater Heights.

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until 600 PM CDT for
southeastern Texas.
