.Synopsis for Hawaiian coastal waters...
Strong high pressure far northeast of the state will produce
fresh to locally strong easterly trade winds over Big Island and
Maui County waters and moderate east to southeast winds around
Oahu and Kauai through tonight. Moderate to locally strong
easterly trade winds will spread across the state on Thursday and
persist into the weekend, with a slight decrease in winds possible
on Monday.
