At 639 AM CDT, emergency management reported thunderstorms producing heavy rain in Albertville. Between 2 and 4 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is already occurring. HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms producing flash flooding. SOURCE...Emergency management reported a culvert was washed out at 6:35 AM CDT. IMPACT...Life threatening flash flooding of creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses. Albertville, Boaz, Guntersville, Crossville, Fyffe, Geraldine, Douglas, Lakeview, McVille, Painter, Hustleville, Kilpatrick, Whiton, Lathamville, Arona, Hopewell, Rodentown, Lake Guntersville St Park, Chigger Hill and Rabbit Town.
