This hazardous weather outlook is for portions of Central Kansas,
South Central Kansas and Southeast Kansas.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight

Morning showers and thunderstorms will impact much of the area with
a few strong to severe storms possible. The strongest activity
could produce wind gusts to around 60 mph and nickel sized hail in
addition to locally heavy rain.

Widely scattered storms may redevelop across southern Kansas this
evening. Some of the storms could become severe with damaging winds
and large hail.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Tuesday through Sunday

Another round of strong to severe storms is expected on Tuesday as
a frontal boundary moves over the area late in the day and into the
overnight hours. Repeated rounds of showers and thunderstorms could
result in localized flooding concerns.

After a brief break Wednesday and Thursday, periodic chances for
storms will return late in the week and into the weekend.
